Service, Rules and Regulations
Shipping Accuracy- Check your addresses carefully! We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Orders are shipped 2- or 3-Day Air or Ground- depending on your location. The order placing cut off is Wednesday at 1:00pm ET to receive delivery the same week. Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Fridays only, no exceptions.
Refunds and Replacements- Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 12 hours from receiving your order.
Holiday /Seasonal Products- These products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of complex labor, time and expenses involved, there is a no refund policy.
Ordering Policy- Orders can be placed over the phone from 10 am to 3 pm ET Monday – Friday (Except major holidays). For security purposes we do not accept order information via email unless contacted by staff to confirm your order. Please make sure to include your phone number.
Cancellation policy or change of order- Any change in you order, including cancellations, must be communicated to us 7 business days prior to the requested event, delivery or pickup day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
Food quality guarantee -Our products are prepared the same day of your order and packed frozen.
Please freeze the products immediately upon receipt- Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring. Being properly stored in the freezer will remain our products fresh and delicious for up to two months.
